Harold Lewis Scott was born in Pensacola, FL January 11, 1942, the fifth child of 10 children to the parentage of Evagin A Scott and Vernell Sims Scott who preceded him in death he is also preceded in death by siblings Evagin JR., David Robert Scott, Rosa Mae Wiggins, and Shirley V Scott.
After a lengthy illness, he departed this life on Saturday, April 10, 2021 in Charlotte, North Carolina with his daughter Shayolanda.
At an early age Harold united with Escambia Chapel AME Zion Church under the leadership of Elder I. H, Knight he was an active member with the Sunday School and sang with various quartets in Pensacola and surrounding areas.
He will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones. Son Harold Lewis Scott Jr. and Stevie Butler Daughter Kaprenna Scott and Shayolanda (Arthur) Brooks. Sisters Nellie M. Jones and Mary (Luther) Gardener, Brothers, James and Richard Scott as well as a host of grands, great grands, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
